Before migrating to SOLID with Netcash as an integrated payment gateway, our clients struggled with manual debit order file submission, faced challenges in supporting custom debit order collection amounts (e.g. payment plans) and experienced delayed debit order charge-backs/rejection processing. One of our SOLIDitech customers deployed the SOLID Netcash Pay Now service to offer their customers an alternative direct real-time payment method. The SOLID direct Netcash integration means that these online payments (i.e. Scan to Pay, instant EFT etc) are cleared in seconds, and ISP accounts can be immediately reactivated without human intervention.

This SOLID Netcash service resulted in a 16% improvement in their online payment rate, when compared to existing traditional bank payment methods. This directly resulted in a 25% increase in revenue collection rates.
