2. Choose your method

Choose to share your request via SMS, email, WhatsApp or present a QR code to your customer. Add their details, payment information, and you’re all set.

What does it cost to use the Netcash Payment Gateway?
Payment Requests are a service of the Netcash Payment Gateway. We offer competitive rates on all payment methods provided, and custom rates are available based on the volume and value of transactions that your business processes. Contact us for the latest pricing and a custom quote.
What information should a Payment Request contain?
Depending on how you send your payment request (SMS, email, WhatsApp, or QR code), you can add: the recipient’s name, email address and/or cellphone number, the amount to be paid, allow for credit card budget facilities to be used, as well as add a subscription to your request.
Can I send a payment request as a payment reminder?
Yes, you can. When connected with your accounting or billing software, or to our debit order service, you can use payment requests to send reminders to your creditors and clients. Through our integrations, the payment made through the request link will be attributed to the relevant invoice or debit order account.
Can credit card transactions be returned?
Yes, credit card holders can return or dispute credit card transactions up to 180 days after the transaction has taken place.
Does Netcash offer custom integration options?
Yes, our technical support team will gladly assist you with API information and integration support. Contact our technical support team for more information.
Does the payment gateway service offer recurring transactions?
