Does Payflex charge fees?
For your customers, their purchase is interest free, and only if the default on their payments will they be charged a penalty fee by Payflex. For merchants, you will pay a set fee per transaction to Netcash. Contact us for the latest rates.
How do customers pay for my products or services?
Customers can split the payment into 4 instalments over 6 weeks, or pay in 3 instalments over 3 paydays. The first payment is due when they purchase the product or service. While the customer pays in instalments, you will receive the full purchase value in full, upfront when the purchase is made.
How do I register for Payflex as a merchant?
You can register easily through your Netcash account. Sign in, navigate to Account Profile> NetConnector> PayNow and select ‘Register’ next to the Payflex option.
When do I get paid for Payflex transactions?
As a merchant, you receive the full purchase value into your Netcash account.
