The Acumatica integration with Netcash includes the validation of the bank accounts, seamless downloading of statements, uploading of EFT payments and debit orders without the need for the user to do any manual file transfers. Invoices are annotated with the Netcash payment options, exposing numerous payment options to the customer. Acumatica comprehensively performs the reconciliation and posting of all transactions.

Bank account validation

Ensure that the bank accounts captured into Acumatica are correct and validated using Netcash’s integrated facility. No more rejected bank accounts when paying or collecting funds.

Seamless uploading of Accounts Payable batches

Once a payment proposal is approved, it is automatically uploaded into Netcash where final authorization takes place and the payments are released to beneficiary bank accounts. There is no file user access or import/export requirement making it far more secure than conventional methods.

Fully Integrated Debit Order uploads

Manage and process Debit Orders from bank accounts and credit cards using Acumatica’s direct integration to Netcash. Export batches seamlessly for final authorisation and collection via the Netcash online account.

Billing payment options

Allow your clients the flexibility of numerous payment options .All the Netcash payment options appear at the bottom of invoices, statements and quotations allowing for payment via Credit cards, Instant EFT, QR Payments and Bank EFT. All payments are automatically reconciled daily through a single statement download.

Automated statement reconciliation

Statements will automatically download overnight and be presented to the user as a cash batch the following morning. Payments from suppliers, debit orders and outgoing payments are matched exactly by the reference number, increasing efficiencies and improving accuracy when transaction reconciling.
