What banks are supported?
You can accept Instant EFT payments from Nedbank, FNB, Standard Bank, ABSA, RMB, and Capitec Pay through Ozow.
Can I accept payments in foreign currency?
While you can accept payments from foreign bank cards, Instant EFT is only available for South African banks and bank accounts, and therefore does not support foreign banks.
How do I know if a payment has been successful?
You can turn on notifications in your Netcash account to receive instant updates when payments are made via SMS and email. In addition, you can check the reports and statements in your Netcash account to confirm whether or not a payment has been successful, or funds received.
