By partnering with Netcash, WeconnectU is creating the ultimate property management ecosystem that enables property managers to achieve greater efficiency in a usually cumbersome workflow.
The integration of Netcash with WeconnectU removes the manual admin for managing agents typically related to debit order collections of levies. Property managers tasked with body corporate and homeowner’s association management can now set up recurring debit order collections through the Netcash integration with the financial module on WeconnectU’s Community Management Solution. By creating this workflow efficiency, automated debit order processing is possible, saving property managers valuable time and resources.
WeconnectU clients with a Netcash account linked to their communities can create debit order batched transactions with single submission into the Netcash module, as well as reconcile and analyse collections using Netcash’s extensive reporting and comprehensive statements, which automatically updates within WeconnectU’s system. Manually submitting batch files and manual reconciliation of collections is now a thing of the past.
In addition, Netcash’s bank account validation function benefits property managers by removing the frustration of unnecessary last-minute rejections when processing payments. This partnership also includes some exciting future payment integrations and options that WeconnectU clients can offer owners in sectional title schemes and homeowner’s associations. These include instant EFT, bank EFT, card payments and QR code payments.
